I don't like being a mom

I am a first time mom and My baby is 3 months old and I have not been enjoying motherhood lately.

I feel like I am just going through the motions but I think I am feeling regret.

I can't seem to adjust to this new life.

I can't even find the words to express how I am feeling I just miss my old life.
