How to increase 🍼 supply

I am ebf and trying to get a freezer stash of milk going so that my nanny and husband have more on hand but I am really struggling! If I am home and feeding her and try to pump in between feedings literally nothing comes out or maybe 1-2oz TOTAL. When I am at work I have no issues as I am missing feedings I get 3-4oz from each boob but it only replaces what the nanny uses. My nanny also says she could keep eating more than the 4-5oz bags as she still seems hungry and now when she feeds from me I feel like she isnt satisfied - keeps sucking and pulling off and going back and pulling off ...not a continue latch. Please help I want to keep breastfeeding as long as I can but need to get my storage up and worried she is hungry for more than I can give her  😢
