Reaction after labor?

Has anyone else have hives after csection? I had a little spot while still in the hospital. But since then it's been getting. It's from my belly button down to my knees wrapping around my thighs. And since then has come onto the top of my breasts. And finally it's gotten unbearable where I've been taking colder showers using aveeno oatmeal body wash and putting cold damp rags between showers and anti itch cream. Help?!
