Rude women in hospital 😡
I had my baby boy 3 days and we have been breastfeeding, this is my first baby so this is all new to me the first two days were tough but today my son is latching so good! He is feeding very well and today he had 2 dirty diapers and 3 wet diapers!
So although he's great at feeding he SUCKS at keeping calm while I change him hahaha , so each time he gets a change he screams bloody murder! Nothing I can do has to be done.
So in the middle of changing him this lady who's son were born the same night comes over and asks me why I bother breastfeed that she done it with her first and her son was not getting enough and that I should try combination feeding and she can tell by MY son crying that he is starving and I am not feeding him enough?
I started crying straight away and got very very upset as I thought I was doing great, my son sleeps amazing between feeds and Is not showing signs of hunger?
I called in the midwife and told her why I was upset and she assured me baby was getting enough and that I had an excellent supply!
Should I be worried? What should I think of this ladies advice? She made me feel like a useless mother today 😪
