I'm so irritable lately. I blame it on my birthday approaching and having nothing planned. I blame it on being uncomfortable bc I'm 24 weeks. I blame it on being tired. But truthfully it's none of those things bc they are nothing new. It has to be hormonal. I know it is bc my hormone fluctuations give me panic attacks/anxiety which I've been having every night for about a week. I read on another forum that a growth spurt from the baby can cause irritability. Is this true? Anyone heard this or are experiencing irritability? Nothing in my books or what I read about 24 weeks says anything about irritability. It's rough.
