Advice please!!

I've had the implanon birth control in my arm and it's 4 years out dated.. I had went through a phase a year ago of bleeding nonstop for months at a time... The past 5-6 months I've started having regular periods.. I can't get it taken out because I have insurance and any hospital or health clinic I have been to won't do it... I've been trying for another child for about 3 months... My period is 5 days late right now... But I have had slightly been spotting the last 2... Am I infertile? What should I do considering no insurance?
