I'm 37 years old and I am finally pregnant with my 1st. I'm terrified to say the least. I can't wait for the reassurance of my 1st scan which I think will be around 20th November. I've booked to have a private scan on 29th October hopefully for peace of mind. I'm nauseous most of the day with very sore boobs. I'm only eating very small portions and can't plan ahead I just have to eat what I fancy at the time. I'm so tired and struggling to hide it but too scared to tell people in case it all goes wrong. Any advice would be appreciated
