Calling in to work

Ok so my job gives me 7 unexcused absences a year. I've only been there for a couple months and have called in once before already. I'm fighting some serious insomnia tonight and slept 30 minutes and woke up wide awake. I would have to be up in three hours for work and don't have much to do tomorrow, so I've decided to take the day. I'm just trying to decide what to say when I call in.
