what do you think is going on, I'm a new mom

I'm 36 weeks and 6 days pregnant and my little girl has dropped since 34 weeks and now  I'm having a lot of pressure in my vigina (TMI) sorry and having some pain in my inner thighs and still having sharp pains in my stomach and lower back?

I has this too starting from 32 weeks when my daughter dropped. I called it lightening crotch lol. It's pretty painful and sorry to say it only gets worse as you get closer to your due date 😩 I gave birth at 39 weeks 3 days.

Possibly contractions. Is it a constant pain or does it come and go?

Possibly signs your body is preparing for labour. Sounds very likely. The pain if its contraction type will slowly get stronger and you need to time it. Good luck

Normal !! I had it since about 32 weeks and not to bring you down but mine only got a lot worse through out late pregnancy the waddle was all to real ! Just to sit or stand became very painful for me ! Home you don't get that bad !!
