9dpo- dip 6-9... Is this a bad sign? Please Help...😔
So as you can tell at 6dpo my temp dipped and today at 9dpo it's sustained the lowered temperature. Preficted AF is oct 21. FF and glow have my ovulation the same day. I've just been bloated and cramping last 3 days. Normally I get a dip on 7dpo and rise back at 8dpo. Should I be worried?
Any insights ladies?!? I appreciate it
