Gained weight, Got Sick...Lost Weight

After I had my baby August 25th, I gained 10lbs to put me at 270lbs. 😔😔The biggest I have ever been in my life but I was to blame because I just eating unnecessary stuff like biscuits (from popeyes) and syrup and rocky road everyday. Then 5 days ago I got sick..really sick my throat started swelling really bad. Day 1-4 I didn't eat or drink anything and I lost 20pds. I did go to the doctor Day 2 they diagnosed me with pharyngitis and they gave me some meds called a z pack. That didn't work well. My tongue started to swell and my mouth would not close😭. I had an allergic reaction to the z pack. Went back the next day and they gave me a steroid shot with the pill Bactrim. I feeling a whole lot better. I'm able to drink a little at a time my throat till hurts but not able to eat still😭😭😭. Has anyone else gone through this?
