Stomach flu?

I'm 16 weeks and have the stomach flu, I did get my flu shot but got it anyways. Can this hurt my baby?

Stomach flu and the actual flu are totally different. You'll be okay. Just keep an eye out for any other symptoms

I also managed to catch some kind of gastroenteritis, except I'm 5 weeks. Trying hard mostly to keep hydrated and to keep some kind of food down. It seems to keep coming back if i don't watch what im eating very carefully. Living off Gatorade crackers and soup lol

The stomach flu isn't actually a flu, just a stomach bug. It's not the same as the regular flu, which you got a shot for. Your baby should be fine. I caught a stomach bug from my niece around 16 weeks. I'm currently 30+5 and my baby is fine.
