So I'm on the pill, but I have ovarian cysts and I can usually tell when they burst. It's normally very painful (sometimes painful enough to induce vomiting). I had sex with my boyfriend a little over a week. The condom broke, but he pulled out before he came. Yesterday nand today I've had some spotting, but no severe pains. Should I worry about pregnancy or is it unlikely to be implantation bleeding?
