Pregnancy discharges?

First time mommy here looking for some advice. I keep reading things about unexpectedly peeing when sneezing, increased discharge, losing the mucous plug, unexpected spotting, etc.  Should I just be wearing a panty liner every day or wait until a certain point in my pregnancy?  I haven't had to wear one yet, but now I'm kind of wondering if I need to break them out just in case... I'm currently 10 weeks.
