My waters broke the day before yesterday at 4.30 am, I had already been up all night and they told me I'd be induced the next day. I stayed up a total of 30 hours and managed to fit in 4ish hours before coming to the hospital. Now I'm in hospital and have been up nearly 24 hours again. My body I exhausted but I literally can not sleep. Any tips mamas? I'm starting my drip in 6 hours and sleep would do me some good but my mind is racing and it's so hot in here!
