Endo?

So I'm a college student with a poor family and I definitely can't afford to go to a gynecologist, but I'm almost positive that I have endometriosis. For around the past year, every period I've had has gotten worse and worse to the point where the cramps are so intense I can't even focus. I also get incredibly sick and nauseous, and the pain is the most horrible and intense in the cervical and vaginal area? I also get really really sore in my cervix after sex and I read that all of those are symptoms. I was just wondering if anyone on here that has it could tell me if that sounds like what they go through.
