Any mamas out there have fibroadenoma on breast?

Hello, I am 34 weeks today and experiencing a lot of pain on my right breast because of my fibroadenoma. I am just wondering if any of you have fibroadenoma on your breast and experience pain while breast feeding? I discover the lump 2-3 years ago but it has never hurt before. It is really painful and I am scare that I will continue to have this pain until I am done nursing 😖
