Halloween with a baby

So my LO will be almost 6 months old this Halloween and I don't want to go Trick or Treating since he can't eat the candy, but I do want to go around the neighborhood to show off our costumes.  I was thinking of instead of receiving treats we could hand out treats to our neighbors when we go to their door.  I'm looking for cute treat ideas that would be appreciated or appropriate for us to give to our neighbors (budget friendly of course).  Any ideas?
