Drank Before I Knew I Was Pregnant!

Ugh... I went on vacation before I knew I was pregnant and had lots of pina coladas, margaritas and wine (it was also my birthday) all day. I was late (2 days) while we were on vacation but didn't think anything of it because I had a MC and D and C a couple of months ago and my periods have been off. As soon as we got back I took a test and its positive! I have a Doc appt today to confirm but I'm afraid I may have harmed my little bean 😫.
