Miscarriage for Christmas?

I found out yesterday I was losing my baby. I'm 5 weeks and was so excited. This is my first miscarriage and I'm feeling so horribly. I never knew I could feel this bad. How do I deal?

I lost my first pregnancy at 9 weeks and it is very traumatic. Let yourself feel however you need to, angry, frustrated, etc. However you need to grieve is completely appropriate for you, but be gently with yourself. This was a real loss and it will take time to feel better. Even getting pregnant again did not make me forget or just dismiss the first loss I experienced. Sending lots of hugs!

An early pregnancy loss is still a loss in your family. I'm so sorry to hear about your hardship. Take time to grieve and find a support group. It will get easier but it will take time.
