TMI DESCRIPTION I NEED SOME HELP PLEASE IM REALLY SCARED

Okay so I am not sexually active but I was raped 2 months ago (my first sexual encounter) it was unprotected so I went to planned parenthood and got tested. Tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia came back negative but something is still wrong I know it! I am now having little toilet paper like discharge on the outside of my vaginal area. It is not sticky or cottage cheese like, like a yeast infection and I got on yeast infection medication so that's not it. It also has no odor to it. It is making it dry so I am getting lesions on my skin down there. Dose anyone know what this might be? Any experience with this? Please help
