Mom's 42nd Birthday!

I know this doesn't have anything to do with period talk or sex but I really need some suggestions about this! This Friday is my mom's 42nd birthday and I want to get her something but I don't have a job or any kind of money to spend on her.. She deserves the world, she's done so much for me and my sisters.. But I'd like to know of any good ideas for gifts homemade? Without having to spend anything? Honestly any ideas are welcomed! Thank you!
