Possibly pregnant again! 😨

I had cramps a few days after we had sex I thought I was about to start my period but nothing happened now I'm having very bad diarrhea randomly and that is definitely not normal for me. And our son is only 7 and a 1/2 months old! Anyone else out there dealing with this!
