I have had the Nexplanon since beginning of august. Had my period the first week then no period till a couple weeks ago and it's only spotting. More of a Brown color sometimes red but mostly Brown. I don't know why I am spotting. When I had mirena I had no period the entire time. I also have this dull pain in my arm wear the implant is. Should I be worried at all about any of this? One of my friends got pregnant on it and I had a neg. Blood test but she swears they are going to call back and say they were wrong because that's what they did to her. Sorry this is a lot maybe I'm just being paranoid.
