Finishing with IUD

My boyfriend came in me for the first time, I've had the Mirena IUD for about a month. The day he finished in me (I was menstrauting) I went to the doctors beforehand and she said everything looked perfect. I'm really nervous that I'm pregnant, just need some reassurance. Do you ladies think I'm safe? How soon should I test (when had sex last Wednesday - Saturday)?
