Stretch Mark Removal?

Are there any real remedies that help with stretch marks? I see so many home remedies & pharmacy creams, I'm so confused. I'm already very insecure about the ones on my butt but being pregnant they're all over my boobs now & that was literally that only body part of mine that I thought was sexy. I don't want stretch marks to take that away from me. I'm the type to tell other women to embrace it but I can't even do it myself. I'm open to any suggestions/advice.
