clear blue digital test, please don't ignore really need help🤔

Hi laides so iv recently found out I'm pregnant, iv took 2 clear blue but not the digital 1s and 2 cheapies! All came back positive but my mind is going into over drive and need someone to ease my mind lol, FFM by the way! And iv calculated the dates so i think I'm 3w4d, my question is if I took a digital test would it show 1-2 weeks? I don't want you take 1 in case my levels aren't high enough and for me to get a negative result. My mind is overthinking and I know I'm worrying to much, the slightest little tinge and I'm going crazy thinking why am I getting these pains but I think there normal. Guess I'm just a worrier not wanting to loose my little bean❤️
