Until today, I have felt pregnant. I had morning sickness SO bad and today nothing at all! No signs or symptoms. I'm scared to death that while I was sick I didn't eat or drink enough to keep the baby healthy :( I'm 9 weeks 3days and have already seen a healthy baby on an US with a heart rate of 170.. Should I be worried? I don't feel pregnant I'm scared to death at my next appointment they will tell me there isn't a heartbeat anymore..
