Acne??

Am the only going through this ?????? 15wks 
Super bad acne

I get it on my face, but my back and shoulders are HORRIBLE. I look like I have a disease. I attend a lot of events where I have to wear formal gowns, and I don't even go anywhere now because my shoulders are always exposed. Very embarrassing. I keep very clean and always wear clean bra. Don't know what else to do. Started with pregnancy. Sigh.

I am actually about to start a zinc supplement to help my skin. We wil see if that helps ?

I had terrible acne starting around 2 months up to now (18 weeks) but it's finally starting to improve. I went to the dermatologist and she prescribed two creams that are safe to use (clindamayicin and finacea). That in combination with benzoyle peroxide, which my ob and derm gave me the ok to use, has really cleared my skin. A witch hazel toner as well as a vitamin c serum also has reduced the dark spots the acne left.
Talk to your OB and go see a dermatologist, you don't have to suffer!

I'm 27w3d and mine is finally getting a little better (knock on wood, I don't want to jinx it!) Lately I've been using cetaphil and also put honey on my face for about 20 mins 4-5 times a week. Even if the honey doesn't help to clear it up it might help reduce some of the redness and swelling.

I had bad acne when I was pregnant after I had the baby it went away... Hormones perhaps...
