pregnancy test

I'm so lost as to what to do... I'm 3 months late for my period... my period hasn't been the best at being consistent since I got off birth control about 9 months ago. So

I didn't think anything of it at first, but this is the latest I've ever been. 2 weeks ago I took a first respose test which I thought had a faint line... so then I took a blue digital one that clearly stated not pregnant the next day. Well 2 weeks later I still have no period... but my boobs are sore, I'm having the worst hot flashes and just don't feel myself. I know I need to get to the dr but I do not get insurance until November 1st. Does anyone have any suggestions?! Should I retest and what brand is the best?! Any advice would be much appreciated :)
