next step thoughts?

My husband and I have been TTC for over a year. This summer we were both tested and are healthy and I have been using opk pretty regularly. I had asked my doctor about clomid and she said she wouldn't recommend it since I ovulate. My question is- should we get a second opinion? What worked for you when TTC? We have an appointment with an infertility doctor in two months, but wanted to know if there is something else we should be doing! Thanks!
