Painful cramps from holding in bm???
I have a long commute from my job to my house. Yesterday I was in a hurry driving home because I had the urge to use the restroom. By the time I made it home I suffered from heavy cramps. I took an hour nap and the urge to use the bathroom woke me.
I experienced the most painful cramps I have had yet. I began to feel weakness in limbs and I was terrified to look down. There was no bleeding and the pain went away slowly throughout the night.
Has anyone had a similar experience??
