Ended up being false positive :(

I finally got my BFP!! We've been trying for 10 months now. In June, I got pregnant for the first time. I found out the day before my birthday! I was so excited, but my bloods kept coming back that my HCG wasn't rising appropriately. At 10 weeks, no heartbeat was detected, and I had to have a D&C. It was heartbreaking. I got my BFP today, less than a week before my husbands birthday and due about 3 days before my birthday, and we are hoping for a super sticky bean! Thank you everyone for all of the support that you've shown me through this whole process. 😍
