Subchorionic hemorrhage

Backstory: I had a gush of bright red blood on Monday. Maybe enough to fill a liner. Then no more blood flow. In the ER they gave me an US and checked my HCG levels. My levels were at 1800 and I was 5 weeks and 4 days then and they couldn't find the baby's heartbeat.  They also saw a small hemnoraghe. They're calling it a threatened  miscarriage and I got put on bedrest. But she said my levels were great and  it could just be too early to to see a heartbeat and the bleeding could've been caused by the hemmoraghe. I had a small bit of bright red blood come out yesterday after I urinated. After two wipes there hasn't been anymore. Today I had a spot on my liner of brown blood. When I wiped there was some spotting but the blood isn't bright red anymore. It's dark and brownish. I'm wondering if it's possible that it was just the hemmoraghe causing the bleeding. And not that I'm losing my baby. I've had a missed miscarriage before and it was nothing like this. I got back tomorrow to check my levels again and meet with the OB
