breast milk production !when it exactly starts ..

Hey there ! I am going into my 23rd week in a couple of days .i just realized there is some kind of liquid that comes out of my nipple (boobs) I'm not sure if it's the milk gland production ?! Does it start this soon ? It's more of a whitish liquid .(transparent ) pls advise :) thank u ladies
