How many of you have guessed babies gender going by the heart rate and how many got it right? What where the heartbeat rates for you xx

Don't even. Its inaccurate. Every early-gender tell is a myth. Everything I ever looked at, participated in, or felt pointed towards having a girl. Heartrate, ramzi, nub theory, chinese calendar, ring test, my symptoms...all of it said I was supposed to be having a girl.

I am not.

Like all the other old wives tales,  it's a 50-50 chance of being correct.

My LO's heartbeat was 167 at 11 weeks,  so it's a girl!

The Chinese gender prediction calendar said I was having a girl.  I tried my actual age and my actual age +1, since the Chinese count the 10 months in utero,  so they believe that when you are born,  you are 1. Both times,  the prediction was girl.

I was getting cystic acne.  And since baby girls steal their momma's beauty,  the prediction would be a girl.

I crave spicy foods and fruits.  Fruits are sweet,  so a girl right?

I'm also carrying very high and wide.  This baby has been pushing up on my diaphragm and lungs for what seems like forever.  Girl.

No upset stomach.  In fact,  other than suspiciously missing periods,  sore boobs,  bad acne,  and fatigue,  I had no symptoms.  Boy.

Blood test and anatomy scan confirmed a boy.  The gender predictions are a lot of fun but don't go out and buy things based on them.

My girl's hr is always on the 130/140 nd my sister having a boy is 140/160

Just so we are all clear this is just a bit of fun would never take the old wifes tales or guessing and a way of telling gender and I am happy having either a girl or boy :)

Wrong for me. My little girls heart rate is in the 130's-140's

All of mine were actually accurate. My girls were in between 160-170 and my boy was between 130-140.
