Braxton hicks contractions?

I'm 21+1 today and just started having these horrible cramps like when you get the flu and are going to have terrible diarrhea. Is this Braxton Hicks Contractions?

I started having Braxton hicks with my first at around 20 weeks and this time around 16-18 weeks. For me, they feel almost like a leg cramp. As I get closer to my due date (7 weeks to go!), they are becoming stronger and more frequent.

No. Braxton specially that early you re only half way through your pregnancy. I stared getting mine around 7 months painless and became painfull during the 5 days prior to my labour. 
I describe braxton as stomach hardening randomly with no regular intervals and not painful. 
Did you have diarrhoea? It might be food poisoning or you might have painful braxton which should be checked bu a professional.
Do you feel your belly hardening and then releasing when you feel thay diarheea pain?

Braxton hicks can start early into the second tri. I would say mine are uncomfortable and can make me feel sore. So you might just have a dicky tummy. I'm 25+4 and I've been having them since about 18 weeks x
