Off BC and having skin issues
I was on birth control since I was 18 years old I'm almost 31 now and I have been off birth control for over a year and since I have been off of it I have been getting acne on my face like crazy. I also have been getting big under the skin cyst like acne that appear in the back of my neck.
I never had an issue with acne even when i was a teen. I had one zit normally and it was always the week before my period. I do feel that my skin is more oily so been using astringent once a day as well and it is not really helping.
I feel like my body is acting so weird now that BC is out it the picture.
Does anyone else have this issue or did anyone have suggestions on how I can make this not as bad or go away? Even more so the cysts?
