Baby Movement or Nausea?

I've heard people describe early fetal movement as butterflies in your stomach. I've had this off and on at 14 weeks, but it always makes me nauseous. Is it possibly early fetal movement that I'm not really catching due to the nausea?

Totally possible. I felt the first flutters at 14 w (I'm a ftm but I'm 100% positive considering I could feel his kicks and movements from outside by 17w4d and SEE them by 18 lol). It felt like maybe 4 or 5 bubbles of gas but instead of rolling through like gas does , they stopped short. And came in quick succession

My early movements felt like a tiny muscle twitch.  Now that I'm 35 weeks and baby is bigger, the slow movements you can see roll across your belly can kind of feel like a second or two of nausea.
