I accidentally posted this in the May '17 group but would like to hear from moms who are further along, too. Please read my attachments if you've had NIPT.  Thanks for any help!

I am 32 and elected to get it (the harmony), my insurance did not cover the whole cost of the test. 
We chose to get it to because we wanted the information. If the results has indicated a risk for a trisomy, we would have likely gone ahead with a more invasive testing method, or discussed termination - depending on what was indicated. Both my partner and I were unsure that we'd pursue termination, but we wanted to be able to talk about it with all the data.
Testing doesn't have to dictate a follow-up action, it just provides information, and both my partner and I have personalities that like to prepare - logistically and emotionally.
It's totally your choice, but I'm glad we did it, I found it to be worth the additional cost, it was nice to find out the sex, and I would absolutely do it again in subsequent pregnancies and suggest it to friends and family.

I had NIPT done today due to my NT scan coming back abnormal. I had the Harmony test I believe, and will be getting results in a week. I believe you should be qualified due to your history

I am 28 years old had to get it failed the diagnostic test.  Mine was free because i failed. Good luck
