what do I do? in a catch 22!

I have been with my partner for 7 Years and we have a child together. For the past year or 2 we have been at a rocky stage to the point where we have seem to lost that spark, but we are working on our relationship now and seeing if we can fix it. We do still love each other very much I think that a lot of stuff had interfered with us. Anyway past few months we have been getting on really well and we are very happy together. My partners brother has recently become closer to him as they never really had a relationship. 
Everything was fine until a couple of days ago... when my partners bro decided to call me and declare his undying love for me! I do not in anyway have any feelings towards him and I don't really speak to him as much as he speaks to my partner. But he keeps saying he can treat me better, he loves me, he's always liked me and all that other soppy stuff. 
I feel like I need to tell my partner but I don't want to ruin his relationship and cause friction between them, but then at the same time his brother is going behind his back. Either way it will end badly, some advice please!!!

Tell your partners brother you don't reciprocate his affections for you, that you have a child with HIS brother and that his declaration of "undying love" is inappropriate so late into the relationship. He could've said something seven years ago but even then that is an inappropriate remark to say to his brother's SO. To be a little more, tell him to grow up and back off. Sorry girly🙁

You need to worry about your relationship not his relationship with his brother. They can hash that out between them. But for your sake tell him asap because if you hide this it makes you look guilty even though you clearly don't like his brother.

You need to tell him ASAP! Seriously as soon as you can. The longer you wait the worse it will be. And maybe it will cause friction between them but his brother is in the wrong for trying to steal you away. Talk about betrayal of your own sibling! Tell him now.

Definitely tell him it'd be worse if he found out later and not from you. However, also be prepared in case he chooses his brother over you. He may think you are lying as chances are his brother would deny it ever happening. But it is better to clear your conscience.

If it was me I would tell my SO. It's going to suck but if you don't say anything and he finds out he is going to be angry at you and you did nothing wrong.
