ovulating after miscarriage

I'm still testing with the faintest hardly there positive on my hpt... but I'm feeling like I'm ovulating. EWCM ovulation type pains etc. is it possible to ovulate with slightly elevated hcg hormone? I had a miscarriage 9 days ago, and a d&c 7 days ago.
