Slight weight panic
Today is 11wks 5days and my brilliant self got on the scale, until about a month ago this was my daily routine for the past 10+ years (sometimes morning & night) until my severe morning/all day sickness kicked in, today I found I gained 9 pounds already! I know I have A LOT of bloat & have become irregular & have that lovely constipation everyone has warned me of but still concerned I've gained too much already. Our first apt is tomorrow and just concerned my dr will disapprove. I maintain a healthy daily diet, yogurts, fruit, veggies, chicken.., except the past two weeks I did cave & allowed myself some holiday snacking. what are some ways you relieve bloat & constipation??
