Thirsty?

I am drinking all of the recommended water, and eating fruits with lots of water.  I still feel thirsty all of the time, even when I am peeing every 30 minutes.  Anyone having the same problem? Any suggestions?

This is a sign of diabetes. Have you been checked for this?

I get spurts of severe thirst for ice cold water, I down it like I haven't drank in days! I would double check with your dr esp if you're drinking the recommended intake of water
