Brown spotting/discharge

Hi everyone,

I am 4w6d pregnant and have been having brown spotting for about a week now. I just had a miscarriage in July and am terrified that it's happening again. I can't go to the doctor until Monday at least. Has anyone had this before or know anything about it?
