Daith piercing

I got them done at the end of September and just here in the last week or so when I go to clean it I can turn my hoop that was put in. So I go to the one who pierced them and he had to use some type of special otiment to grt them to move but here is my question. When it does move there is like a bunch of dried up crusty looking stuff on them. And when he pushs on my ear he gets like a yellowish red slime out. What do u think it can be and how would I prevent my ear from doing this at home

Ps I clean them Atleast 3 times a day if not more
