sore boobs before labor?

Hello, I had really really sore boobs my first trimester, but it went away.  Now at 38 weeks they are really sore and tender.  Is this a sign of labor or does it happen to everyone?

Your breasts are producing more milk for your soon arrival. It's completely normal. It doesn't mean labor is soon, just your body's way of getting ready to nourish the baby. Make sure to wear loose fitting bras and you can try hot water running over them in the shower to ease the pain. You can take Tylenol while pregnant but NO ibuprofen.
