Kidney Infection???

I've been up since 2 a.m. with the worst pain in the right side of my back and around to my groin area. I pee a lot anyway but last night I couldn't get out of the bathroom. When I urinate the pain increases for a moment. I feel nauseous from the pain. I've never had a kidney infection but I'm guessing that's what this is but idk. I know I need to call the doctor and I will when they open but I was hoping for some thoughts here.
