Not sure what's going on..

🌸👑🎀 • Thu, Oct 20 • My husband and I were TTC 4.5yrs, we then adopted our son 3.9.16 a week and a half latter, we got our bfp!!

For the past two days I've been feeling really nauseous, and I've had a constant headache that Tylenol won't seem to even touch. I've also been super thirsty, like I can't drink enough water! There is no way I'm dehydrated, so what's going on?! 😷 I feel almost drained/weak..
