rising levels

Am I still at risk for miscarriage it my levels are rising? They were at 1800 on Monday night and this morning they were at 41,168. I had some bleeding Monday i was 5 weeks 4 days and they couldn't see a fetal pole. But did see a hemorrhage that they say could have caused the bleeding. And it may have been too early to see a heart beat.  But they still considered it a theatened miscarriage.
